Pep Depot ships discreet, tracked packages across Canada via Canada Post. Every order ships from our Canadian warehouse, so there are no customs delays, no import fees, and no border risk. Here is everything you need to know about how your kits move from our facility to your lab.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $750

All orders over $750 CAD automatically qualify for free tracked shipping. The discount applies at checkout, no code needed.

Orders under $750 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. Every order is subject to our $500 minimum, so most kit orders sit close to the free freight line already.

How Fast Are Orders Processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Because payment is by Interac e-Transfer, processing begins once your transfer is received. Orders paid before 12:00 PM (noon) PT ship the same day. Orders paid after noon ship the next business day.

Weekend and holiday payments are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods such as restocks and new kit releases, processing can extend by 1 to 2 business days. Any expected delay is communicated by email.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including your Canada Post tracking number.

Where Does Pep Depot Ship?

We ship to all addresses within Canada, including:

• All ten provinces and three territories
• Major urban centres and rural addresses
• P.O. boxes where Canada Post delivery is available

We do not ship outside Canada. Because every kit ships domestically, your order never crosses a border and never sits in customs.

Carrier and Transit Times

All orders ship via Canada Post tracked service, signature not required unless requested at checkout.

Estimated transit times from the day your order ships:

• Major urban centres (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton): 2 to 4 business days
• Smaller cities and suburban areas: 3 to 6 business days
• Rural areas and northern communities: 5 to 10 business days

Transit times are Canada Post estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control can add time.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No exterior labels, logos, or content descriptions. The return address shows only a generic business name.

Lyophilized vials are packed with protective insulation and shock absorption to minimize temperature exposure and handling damage in transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed and labeled, your confirmation email includes:

• Your order number
• A Canada Post tracking number
• A direct link to track the shipment on the Canada Post site

If no tracking email arrives within 3 business days of payment, message us on WhatsApp and we will investigate.

Delivery and Receipt

Standard delivery does not require a signature; Canada Post leaves packages per its normal protocols. Prefer signature on delivery? Note it at checkout or message us before your order ships. Signature service can add 1 to 2 business days.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will open an investigation with Canada Post.

Important: once Canada Post marks a package delivered, Pep Depot is no longer responsible for it. Ship to secure addresses and track deliveries closely. Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation are not eligible for refund or replacement. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged or with broken vials, photograph the damage the same day it is delivered and contact us immediately. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Damage reported after the day of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund. Damaged shipments are handled case by case under the Refund & Returns Policy.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for a complete, exact shipping address at checkout, including unit, building, and P.O. Box numbers where applicable. Pep Depot is not responsible for:

• Packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
• Re-shipping fees when a package returns due to an address error
• Delays caused by address corrections after dispatch
