Wipe each vial stopper and the BAC water vial with an alcohol swab; let dry.
Draw your target volume of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
Inject the water slowly down the vial wall — never directly onto the powder. Swirl gently; do not shake.
Refrigerate reconstituted vials at 2–8°C and log lot, date, and concentration.

running this on post workout days pushed muscle fullness and pumps to a point where my skin felt tight enough to split during heavy arms or leg days. vascularity stayed insane all day long and nutrient partitioning was super obvious because every calorie went straight to recovery instead of adding fat even on a heavy surplus. the main downside is the hypoglycemic crashes if you don’t eat enough carbs right after pinning you will get sweaty dizzy and shaky fast so having quick digesting carbs on hand is non negotiable.

running this pre workout gives an absolute skin splitting pump that feels borderline uncomfortable in the best way possible. muscle fullness, nutrient partitioning, and recovery between intense sessions are off the charts, but u have to be super careful with hypoglcemia keep simple carbs on hand or u will crash hard with cold sweats and lethargy.
