Wipe each vial stopper and the BAC water vial with an alcohol swab; let dry.
Draw your target volume of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
Inject the water slowly down the vial wall — never directly onto the powder. Swirl gently; do not shake.
Refrigerate reconstituted vials at 2–8°C and log lot, date, and concentration.

This one is hard to judge by a single noticeable effect but I did feel like my sleep was more consistent and I seemed to wake up feeling more rested. Thats what stood out to me most, the longevity side is obviously impossible to judge from a short period.
