Wipe each vial stopper and the BAC water vial with an alcohol swab; let dry.
Draw your target volume of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
Inject the water slowly down the vial wall — never directly onto the powder. Swirl gently; do not shake.

Tried LL-37 for lingering gut issues and chronic inflammation that nothing else seemed to clear up. First couple days I had pretty bad fatigue and a mild flu like feeling which I think was a die off reaction from bacteria, but once that passed my bloating almost completely disappeared and my skin cleared up too. It definitely feels stronger and harsher than something gentle like BPC-157, but for stubborn immune or gut issues it seems to work fast

this stuff is an absolute nuclear option for stubborn gut issues and stubborn low grade infections that nothing else touches. after a week of dosing my chronic bloating subsided and brain fog from leaky gut was noticeably cleared up. downside is the Herx reaction can hit u hard like flu symptoms fatigue and body aches for the first few days as bad bacteria dies off plus the injection site stings pretty intensely for 15 mins post pin.
