The insane hunger hit within 10 to 15 minutes of taking a shot literally a bottomless pit feeling where u feel like u haven’t eaten in 3 days. Perfect if ur on a heavy bulking phase & struggle to hit high calorie targets, but terrible if ur trying to lean down. Muscle pumps & joint recovery were great throughout the month but it definitely causes more water retention & cortisol/prolactin spikes than newer options like Ipamorelin.

I started using GHRP-6 mainly to help with recovery from heavy lifting sessions and to kickstart my appetite during a bulking phase. Within about 10 to 15 minutes of taking a dose, an absolutely ravenous hunger hits it’s honestly intense to the point where if you aren’t prepared with meals ready youll end up raiding the entire fridge. On the recovery side, my joint aches dropped noticeably after a couple of weeks, and my sleep quality became super deep with vivid dreams. The main trade-offs are the extreme stomach prowling appetite spikes and some mild water retention around the waist during the first week but if your goal is strictly to put on size and bounce back faster from hard workouts, it definitely gets the job done

mass surge in hunger hits within 10 mins of pinning like u could eat everything in the fridge. crazy good pumps recovery and sleep quality but prolactin and cortisol spikes are real so gotta watch for bloat.
