Wipe each vial stopper and the BAC water vial with an alcohol swab; let dry.
Draw your target volume of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
Inject the water slowly down the vial wall — never directly onto the powder. Swirl gently; do not shake.
Refrigerate reconstituted vials at 2–8°C and log lot, date, and concentration.

This one was more noticeable for me in the gym than outside of it. Cardio felt easier and I didnt seem to gas out as quickly as usual. Definitely more of an endurance/metabolism type effect than something you immediately feel like a stimulant. Came nicely packaged.
